Wood base.- It is important to ensure that the chosen wooden base is of high quality and attractive in design and suitable for executive gifting.
The base we use is of fine finish and can be with different shades of ink to give it an attractive design, for our acknowledgments we use walnut, pine, mahogany and chocolate tones. If you need any additional color customization, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Method of shipment of products
We offer an efficient and reliable shipping service to ensure that your products arrive on time and in perfect condition. Our shipping methods include domestic and international options, adapting to your needs and preferences.
Domestic shipping. The transit time for domestic shipments (within the country) is 1 to 5 business days once your order has been received and processed.
International shipping. The transit time for international shipments is 5 - 15 business days depending on the destination, for urgent orders you can ask a consultant.
Delivery time = Processing time (10 ~ 45 business days) + Transit time. Processing time depends on the purchase order.

In case you require an invoice, please write to shop@tayaupa.com requesting your invoice and sending your order number, the use of CFDI, payment method and updated Constancia Fiscal before the end of the month.

How long does it take?
Planning ahead is essential. Production and lead times vary by industry and will depend on the total number of parts required. Inventory levels are constantly changing and during the holiday season, lead times are often extended due to increased demand.
To speed up processing and customization times, we request:
* Send logo vectors to e-mail (ventas@tayaupa.com). Be sure to include the order number in the subject line.
* No changes can be made to the order after production.
* There are no refunds or returns on custom orders.
Time to process an order: Depends on stock, processing and product customization.
