The base that we use is finely finished and can be with different shades of ink to give it an attractive design. For our recognitions we use walnut, mahogany and chocolate tones as standard. If you want any additional customization in colors, do not hesitate to contact us.

Method of shipment of products

Domestic shipping. The transit time for domestic shipments (within the country) is 1 to 5 business days once your order has been received and processed.
International shipping. The transit time for international shipments is 5 - 15 business days depending on the destination, for urgent orders you can ask a consultant.
Delivery time = Processing time (10 ~ 45 business days) + Transit time. Processing time depends on the purchase order.

How long does it take?
Planning ahead is essential. Production and lead times vary by industry and will depend on the total number of parts required. Inventory levels are constantly changing and during the holiday season, lead times are often extended due to increased demand.
To speed up processing and customization times, we request:
* Send logo vectors to e-mail (ventas@tayaupa.com). Be sure to include the order number in the subject line.
* No changes can be made to the order after production.
* There are no refunds or returns on custom orders.
